課程簡介
This course provides a number of studies of career development that are tied into the overall process of human resource management. The course also offers an opportunity for the students to engage in career exploration, career goal setting, and career strategy, key ingredients in the career development process.

成績說明
  • 課堂討論 (50%): 以小組為單位,每周針對指定文獻進行解析與討論,由老師與同學共同評估各組對課堂學習與討論的貢獻度(含組內個人與組間互評)。
  • 期末報告 (40%): 須完成個人影片履歷並建立完整的LinkedIn profile (限英文)
  • 出席 (10%): 由課代每節點名,缺席/請假(非公/喪/防疫假)/或遲到15分鐘以上,每次扣20分,達六次(含)以上,學期成績以零分計。若全勤者,此項目得滿分100分。(請公/喪/防疫假須到學校系統完成請假為準,並列印交給課代,否則視同缺課)
