課程簡介
本課程以美國人力資源證照協會的知識體系與考試內容為基礎,讓學生可以了解總體獎酬設計的概念,包括薪資福利,以及員工績效管理制度與績效獎金的設計。
 
This course aims to provide the students with a comprehensive knowledge about the concepts related to total rewards such as pay and benefit programs, and the techniques and methods for delivering job performance management programs based on the body of knowledge in Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

成績說明
  • 期中考 (20%): Open book線上全英文考試 (單選20題)
  • 期末考 (20%): Open book線上全英文考試 (單選20題)
  • 課堂討論 (50%): 以小組為單位,每周針對指定文獻進行實務建議分享,由老師與同學共同評估各組對課堂學習與討論的貢獻度(含組內個人與組間互評)。
  • 出席 (10%): 由課代每節點名,缺席/請假(非公/喪/防疫假)/或遲到15分鐘以上,每次扣20分,達六次(含)以上,學期成績以零分計。若全勤者,此項目得滿分100分。(請公/喪/防疫假須到學校系統完成請假為準,並列印交給課代,否則視同缺課)
  • 加分項: 課代因協助課務,學期總分加5分。經計算,若學期總分超過100分,以100分計算。
