The course aims to help students develop their morality and work ethics and be an employee who has integrity and interacts with people with appropriate manners based on with cases, exercises and simulations. Students will be trained to develop a deeper understanding and to think independently toward the following:

1. Comprehensive theory and case description of morality and work ethics.
2. The theory and the demonstration of morality and work ethics.
3. The concept, significance and application of spirituality in workplaces.
4. The applications of work ethic in: work, leadership, labor, services, consumption, environmental protection, internet and cross-culture.

由課代每節點名，缺席/請假(非公/喪/防疫假)/或遲到15分鐘以上，每次扣20分，達六次(含)以上，學期成績以零分計。若全勤者，此項目得滿分100分。(請公/喪/防疫假須到學校系統完成請假為準，並列印交給課代，否則視同缺課)

各組每周皆要參與案例討論，針對指定案例以PPT格式上傳一張解析，限時8分鐘。若被指定組別當周沒有準備或派員上台分享，全組成員學期總成績以零分計。下課前由非報告組組長個別對報告"組"進行同儕評鑑，並由組"每位"同學對組內其他同學進行貢獻度評價，最分數由老師參考組間與組內評分裁定。
